Day 1-2
Saturday, April 17th & Sunday, April 18th
So I haven't posted a lot about this diet yet but I have been strong and steady!
the first 2 days are all about stuffing your face.
I did that part really well.
Day 3:
Monday, April 19th
Lunch:
Chicken Salad
1 Melba Toast
Apple
Supper:
Broiled Tilipia
Steamed Greenbeans
1 Melba Toast
Orange
These meals were actually very good. A little lemon juice can go a long way with taste. I really could've used a double stuffed Oreo with a tall glass of milk*...
I did resist! It was hard!

at this point I have lost 1 pound, but still hopeful it will be more!!
Current weight: 190
