Two days ago I Started.
Started my first "real" diet.
So far, things are great. The first 2 days are all about loading and fueling your body. I have done just that. I will finish tonight with Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. Yummy!! I can't wait. I have to go start my last supper!!
Tomorrow I will post before photos. I will list all my measurements. I will change my life!
